* Ensuring compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures, best practice and legislative requirements.

* Assisting in dealing with organizational issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans in the company

* Preparing HR communications to employees, managers and stakeholders.

* Supporting the implementation of HR policies

* Assisting in training activities for the employees.

* Providing support for corporate social responsibility and wellbeing initiatives.

* Assisting in company recruitment, hiring processes and on-boarding.

* Supporting international employees with their foreign country and settling-down queries.

* Documenting all activities and changes within appropriate systems timely and accurately Profile * Minimum of 3/5 years of experience in a similar position with international exposure.

* Ideally bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration/Finance or equivalent

* Fluency in English.

* Good level of MS Office programmes (excel, power point etc.).

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

* Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent quality management skills are required in this role includes good people skills - this can include managing regional client, employee and supplier relationships.

* Ability to work with multiple clients in a professional and constructive manner.

* Highly organised, excellent multi-tasking skills and results driven.

* Organized, high-quality of work and results driven.

* Good time management and ability to work within strict deadlines and autonomously
