FMCG company looks for a Regional Director based in Seville Detalles del cliente FMCG Company Descripción de la oferta Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the definition and implementation of the Regional Commercial Strategy. He/She will lead and motivate a diverse team of territory executives and coaches (+30 people) in order to develop sales and reach the objectives.

The main responsabilities of the selected candidate will be:



* In collaboration with the Sales Management team, define the commercial strategy and design / lead the annual regional deployment plan.

* Monitor different channels sales results and make sure corrective actions are quickly defined and implemented in case of deviations versus objectives.

* Manage, coach, motivate and develop a team of Territory executives, Supervisors and Coaches (+30 people) in order to build a well performing solid team and promote a team work / collaborative environment.

* Trade engagement of the Retail universe to boost commitment, guarantee a wide distribution of our products and sufficient stock levels.

* Propose and regionally test new commercial initiatives to make sure that consumer is at the core of every activity and maximize sales targets. Perfil del candidato * University Degree. Master´s Degree (MBA or similar) will be a valued.
* Proven track record in Retail Sales
* At least 3 years of experience in leading a Sales organization
* EU working permit
